"Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads." But we do need the correct shipping address! Please make sure you double-check and input the correct shipping address before purchasing. If a package is mailed back to us after failed attempts to deliver we kindly ask for you to pay to have the item shipped back as we are a small business with tight operation expenses. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for refunds, replacements, or returns if the information provided is incorrect.
Canceling an order
"I'll be back." Order cancelation requests must be made within 48 hours of the timestamped order receipt as sent to you after confirmation. Please note that all preorder items are charged at point of sale. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to grant full refunds outside of this timeframe. Any and all requests for order cancelation outside of this timeframe will be given a store credit for a future purchase or pre-order.
Returns, refunds or exchanges
"If it doesn't fit, you must acquit!" Clothing items can be exchanged for in-stock items or replenished when the item is back in stock. Due to the custom-made nature of our items in small batches, we cannot offer refunds without a return of the original item in unused condition.

"I don't think we're in Kansas anymore." If you receive an item and are unhappy, please reach out to us first so we can make it right and make you happy. We're a small family-owned company that deals with multiple orders per day, and sometimes accidents happen.
